• Warranty Period

Vertu luxury devices have a one (1) year warranty from the date of purchase.

• Replacement Policy:

The customer has the right to replace the Vertu device with another Vertu device or replace the Vertu device with a Vertu device in another leather color within seven (7) days from the date of purchase, subject to the following, Conditions: Do not remove the packaging from the Vertu device, do not operate the Vertu device, do not use the Vertu device, and do not scratch or damage the device box or use the accessories inside the device box.

• Warranty:

The Vertu device has a full one-year warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty includes manufacturing defects or operating system defects and does not include damage resulting from exposure of the device to water, fire, or electrical burns resulting from high voltage, breakage, or misuse by the customer.

(The warranty also does not include damage to the skin or scratches on the skin)

In the event of a problem with the device, the customer can contact the company to send the device to the maintenance department to obtain a report explaining whether the device is eligible for warranty or out of warranty within a period of 7 days to 15 working days

• Return Policy:

The customer can return the Vertu device within 3 days from the date of purchase and 30 percent of the device value will be deducted according to the following conditions, If the packaging is not removed from the device, the device is not turned ON and the device box or accessories are not damaged.

The company is the authorized agent for Vertu and we do not repurchase devices.

We will notify our valued customers on our website and social media accounts when we receive offers to exchange old devices.

:الشروط و الاحكام

:فترة الضمان

تتمتع اجهزة فيرتو الفاخرة بضمان سنة (1) واحدة من تاريخ الشراء .

:سياسة الاستبدال

يحق للعميل استبدال جهاز فيرتو بجهاز فيرتو اخر او استبدال جهاز فيرتو بجهاز فيرتو بلون جلد اخر في غضون سبعة (7) ايام من تاريخ الشراء Ùˆ ذلك تبعا” للشروط التالية :

عدم ازالة التغليف عن جهاز فيرتو , عدم تشغيل جهاز فيرتو ,عدم استخدام جهاز فيرتو Ùˆ بالاضافة الى عدم خدش صندوق الجهاز او إلحاق الضرر به  او استخدام الملحقات الموجودة داخل صندوق الجهاز .

:الضمان

يتمتع جهاز فيرتو بضمان لمدة سنة كاملة من تاريخ الشراء Ùˆ يشمل الضمان عيوب التصنيع او عيوب نظام التشغيل , ولا يشمل الضمان الضرر الناتج عن تعرض الجهاز للمياه , الحريق , الحروق  الكهربائية الناتجة عن الجهد العالي , الكسر او سوء الاستخدام من قبل العميل

(الضمان لا يشمل ايضا تلف الجلد او الخدوش على الجلد)

في حال وجود مشكلة في الجهاز  يمكن للعميل الاتصال بالشركة  Ù„يتم  ارسال الجهاز الى قسم الصيانة  للحصول على تقرير يوضح اذا كان الجهاز مؤهلا للحصول على الضمان او خارج الضمان Ùˆ ذلك  خلال فترة زمنية من 7 ايام الى 15 يوم عمل

:سياسة الارجاع

يمكن للعميل اعادة جهاز فيرتو خلال 3 ايام من تاريخ الشراء و سيتم خصم 30 بالمئة من قيمة الجهاز وفقا للشروط التالية

 Ø§Ø°Ø§ لم يتم ازالة التغليف عن الجهاز Ùˆ لم يتم تشغيل الجهاز وعدم تعرض صندوق الجهاز او الملحقات للضرر

الشركة هي الوكيل المعتمد لشركة فيرتو و لا نعيد شراء الاجهزة.
